My purpose is to help people find strength. Internally by training the mind to quieten that inner voice that creates so much doubt, negativity and feeds the ego and externally, through building physical strength in the body. By linking the two together, I aim to build all round strength to face life, achieve more and confront situations you thought you couldn’t.

I am dedicated to helping individuals find balance and inner peace through the practice of yoga. With over 15 years of experience, I create a welcoming and supportive environment for students of all levels. My classes focus on mindfulness, strength, and flexibility, guiding students to connect with their bodies and minds. Join me to embark on a journey of self-discovery and well-being.
